    Nice video as always. I would like to ask what do you think of Dr joe supernatural breath? Its like spinal breathing from kriya yoga.

    I did not know about Dr. Joe supernatural breath, so I had to google it to answer your question. It does look like the Kriya Yoga Spinal breathing.

    A little bit of water with food is OK. Water before meal is also fine, but do not drink water right after your meal. Wait for at least 30 minutes.

    Thank you for the video. You mentioned drinking tea as snacking. I assume that is the same for drinking a juice. But drinking water is not.

    Hi ma'm I really appreciate for ur valuable content , i hve query on 5 & 6 point, focusing on eating ( no multitasking while eating )..right, i was following dis thing from last year n hlf but my mind was still wandering like drunken monkey 🐒, plz tell me what to do how to focus on ?? 2." Chew properly means" ..i hve red some articles dat we need to chew food 36 times for proper digestion .i tried dis but every food hve different composition where i can't chew it for 36 times🙆...is dis a myth or fact?? Plz let me know ..thnx in advance (Plz excuse for any typo🙏)

    Thank you so much for watching the video. 1. While you eat do you get bothered by your heart pumping, or your lungs going up and down, or your lever or kidneys working? Then why worry about your mind working? Mind is doing its job, let it. You just keep eating, let the mind go wherever it wants to go. Just don't go with it. Teach yourself to keep coming back to your food. Enjoy every bite, taste your food fully. 2. Chewing properly means that you do not gulp big bites. If we gulp big bites then our stomach has to work hard to break that food down and then digest it. Then we feel lethargic after eating. Chewing properly does not mean you literally have to count the times you chew. As you said all food are different, so make a good judgement and eat joyfully.
