Easy Thai recipe : Tom Yam Goog - ต้มยำกุ้งน้ำข้น
The famous soup of Thailand "Tom Yam Goong" aka Spicy soup with lemongrass and prawns, is soooo famous because it's soooo delicious!
Have it as an appetizer or with jasmine rice as main!
Try it out and let me know how it goes :)
The recipe I used coconut milk. However, for lighter version you can use water with the same quantity.

I though tum yum it’s not have coconut milk in it . Tom Kay is contain coconut milk in it . But what do I know.

There are 2 type of tom yum 1.with coconut milk we call “tom yum nam khon” 2. Without coconut milk we call “tom yum nam sai”
The way you add all the ingredients this dish look like tom ka kai more then tomyum but it looks yummy anyway :)
