5 ( Eggs )
100 g ( Sugar ) 1/2 cup
80 g ( All Purpose Flour ) 1/2 cup
Temperature 170 ° c ( 35 - 45 minutes )
𝗧𝗶𝗽𝘀 ; Mix eggs and sugar 3 - 4 minutes ( high speed ) and make sure bowl 100% dry before putting ingredients.

Hi i’ve noticed before you put the roll in the fridge the center has large hole in it. After removing it, i can’t see a hole anymore. Does the roll/cake expand?

If you spread with jam or filling you can directly roll... But if you spread cream filling need to cool down first ☺

It has to be rolled while hot to maintain the shape. If the filling is going to be fresh cream, roll while hot and unroll when cooled. Hereafter you fill with fresh cream.

In this recipe you can use types of eggs , 6 egg ( small egg ) 4 egg ( medium egg ) 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 3 egg ( large egg )
