  Just beat egg and sugar for 4-5 minutes on high speed and make sure bowl fully dry and no oily to get the creamy texture

  Hello 👋 Thank you for sharing the recipe. I have just made this cake but I reduced the sugar at least 5g. The texture was soft. It tasted milk slightly even though I followed the recipe closely. I used 7’inch pan because I only had that! Just one thing, some parts of the cake were dense. I have stored the cake in the fridge. I hope my family will love it 🥰. Thank you!

  Make sure bowl fully dry and no oily....beat egg and sugar on high speed for 4-5 minutes until pale yellow or soft thickened then gently mix with the flour 😊 is still fail, please try method 2 link video in the description. Thank you
