EASY SUMMER ROLLS 🌱

RECIPE (2 servings, 15 minutes prep time)
Tofu:
-200g firm tofu
Cut into sticks.
Fry in oil until browned.
-1 Tbsp each soy sauce and hoisin sauce
-1 Tsp chili sauce
Mix and pour over the tofu.
Fry until nicely glazed
Else:
-1 cucumber
-3 carrots
-fresh parsley or coriander + lettuce
-8-10 rice papers
Finely slice the veggies.
Dip the rice paper in warm water and add the filling.
Roll like a burrito by folding over the sides first and then rolling the king side over.
Peanut sauce:
-1/2 cup (120g) peanut butter
-1/8 cup (30ml) each soy sauce and rice vinegar
-2 Tbsp maple syrup
-1 Tsp chili oil
-1 Tsp fresh ginger and garlic
MIX and add water to thin it out.

    This is a better recipe 1. 1/1.5 scoops of beef protein isolate 2. 500mls of Raw milk 3. A pasteurized egg with the shell 4. 1 scoop of creatine monohydrate 5. (Optional) 250mg of trenbolone acetate Hope you enjoy 😊

    As a vegan Vietnamese, I used to replace the pork belly with mushrooms (preferably "Kräuterlinge"). It is softer, chewier and tastes more umami than tofu. Just a recommendation. Still amazing recipe

    Maybe use mushrooms instead :) or in Wraps i often use kidney beans AS the "savoury" ingredient. Not Sure If this works Well in Summer rolls or If they would Fall apart then.

    Out of curiosity Why is in, nearly, every vegan recipe on KZread, soy sauce as ingredients? And along with it often some kind of syrup. And mostly big number of seasoning? I did vegan for about a year, just to try out and I had so many delicious recipes without soy sauce and "over" seasoning

    Sugar is often used to cancel Out certain acids or more bitter tastes. It is the reason why some people add carrots to tomato Sauce because carrots carry lots of sugar, too, and it helps with the acid of the tomatoes. Soy Sauce carries an umami flavour. Meat develops umami flavour when it is browned. But you can use other stuff too to get umami, depending on the dish of course.
