Mine is somewhat dry and sad, but also spicy (have onion, garlic, green or red chili pepper, black and white peppers, salt, chicken stock, and at least three other spices in them, and as a bonus - fresh milk, or sausages) so it will not look golden, but the aroma is heavenly. If there is cheese, threw them after it's cooked and let them melt over the egg when it's served. Eat with steamed rice and soy sauce, or with bread slices like an egg sandwich. Just don't forget to stir fry the onion, garlic and chili slices (and sausage cubes) first before pouring in the beaten egg (that has been mixed with the spices and chicken stock and milk first). Have a nice one 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

@@Mr.Unknown2099 and I don't like eating snot. Id rather have an over medium egg than a raw scramble.

This honestly helped me make scrambled eggs on my own. I use this recipe (plus olive oil) almost every day. So yeah. Just wanted to say thank you. 🙂👍

I personally prefere high and quick scrambles, fluffy and moist on the inside but nicely browned on the outside, but gotta say, every once in a while a nice low and slow custardy scrambles on a nice slice of bread is lovely aswell.

Okay, I know this is going to sound weird and probably disturbing to some people but if you add a bit of milk while you’re scrambling your eggs they will turn out just like that as well!

I mix egg and milk 50/50, salt pepper, then I spread butter all over the cold pan, put egg mixture there, close the lid and cook it on low heat until it's not liquid anymore. That's my childhood breakfast, I also like to add fried onion on the bottom and also sink a slice of bread in the middle so it's all cooked together soft and creamy

I love how your recipes are so easy to make, so one might actually try it and it is soo satisfying afterwards. I think I'm picking up a hobby. Thank you. 😊
