I know right? I love both versions. I make the yeast ones more often. But these are so quick to make, it is nice to have the option.

Definitely recommend this recipe, it's really easy to follow and the cinnamon buns are crispy yet soft on the inside. They have a slight buttery taste that I like. I didn't add the glaze as I didn't want sugar overload, so I just used the excess cinnamon mixture on the top.

I didn’t have time to make cinnamon rollls with yeast, so I followed to ur recipe, and OH MY GOD was that the best decision ever. Your recipe taste EVEN BETTER than one with yeast. It tasted soooo goood, I used a micro conventional setting in my microwave and the results were great. As I am texting, cinnamon rolls are in the microwave and I am waiting for them to bake. 2nd time making ur recipe byeeee.

This turned out fantastic! I didn’t have baking powder OR baking soda, but I used a few spoons of yogurt and it was nice. Also added some ground clove and nutmeg in the paste in the middle and it was good- added a Christmassy feel to it!

I just made these and they were SOOOO good!!!!! I definitely prefer the new method you showed where we mix the sugar and butter together like a paste. This seems to cause less messes and less cleanup time!

I tried this recipe today and it was incredible 😍 I only added two tbsp yoghurt and decreased the amount of milk, just balancing them. They were definitely soft and at the same time crispy thanks to cold butter, l think it was even better than the yeast version (for me), thank you 🌸
