Homemade pita bread looks perfect

Yes Yes YES! SADA ROTI(pronounced SAHDAH ROW T)😅😋😋😋these were a favorite when we were children and I still make them today. I am from Guyana(South America) and this particular method of making them 'swell' is common in our Índia community. They do it over the open flames and was always such fun for us children to see it swelling up .😁😅 Looks delicious.

All you recipes when followed correctly are always a great success in my kitchen . Thank you again for sharing your passion Sis. I will try this one over the weekend ❤️❤️❤️

I actually made it yesterday. Most of it came out great i can say 80% success. But I am a neird and I need 100% 😆 🤣 😂

Mine neither :( I’ve tried twice and can’t smooth out dough either. Still taste good but also can’t get it to puff.

Very nice! I ll try it soon. BTW, the pita will smell and taste sensational if you sprinkle a bit of cinnamon powder (as in my favorite damascan restaurant)!
