Milly!!!!! I just made this mandazis and they are FANTASTIC! I used to make mandazis and they would come out so hard. Thank you so much for the recipe. I substituted cardamom for cinnamon and vanilla essence coz I didn't have any in my pantry. I'll try your other recipes
