The Most Delicious Lemon Mandazi

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

My Mandazi recipe has been a hit previously and this is a follow up to that with lemon zest that makes it a must try variation. On this video I elaborate on the technique and how to get your mandazi right ever time.
Ingredients:
350g Mandazi Flour
6 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Margarine/butter
Lemon zest from half a lemon
1 Egg
1/2 Cup Milk
