Recipe and ingredients:
1 onion.
3 tablespoons of butter.
Fry the onion over medium heat.
4 garlic.
Fry for another 2 minutes.
Vegetable broth 1 liter / 5 cups.
2 carrots.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Red pepper.
4 potatoes.
1 broccoli.
Cook potatoes and broccoli until cooked.
Milk 500ml / 2, glasses.
Cheddar cheese 150-200 gr.
Cornstarch 6 tablespoons.
Mix well.
Cream 100ml / 1/2 cup.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
add cheese.
Stir until cheese is completely melted.
Add cheese sauce to the soup.
Mix well.
Vegetable cheese soup is ready!

Holas, desde Oruro (Bolivia)🇧🇴 Una vez probé hacer sopa de brócoli, todo iba bien, pero al agregar el brócoli .....el sabor cambió , se volvió amarga e encomible la sopa......A qué pudo deberse eso?
