My German grandmother's cauliflower recipe surprised everyone.
This cauliflower dish surprised everyone! Fast, tasty and healthy. Cauliflower baked in the oven. A very simple and quick cauliflower recipe. No wonder this is one of my family's favorite dishes: breaded cauliflower in the oven.

INGREDIENTS AND RECIPE:
1 cauliflower (cut into pieces)
3 lemon slices
Salt to taste
(Salt the water and add lemon)
(Add dill to the water too)
Cook cabbage for 3 minutes
100 grams of butter
3 tablespoons flour
(roast meat)
Milk 250 ml
Salt
black pepper
some nutmeg
200 grams of hard cheese
Garlic (cut)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Provencal herbs

Garlic 2
3 tablespoons Greek yogurt
black pepper
Salt
dill

Looks delicious. However I'd have mixed the cheese garlic mixture into the white sauce and poured over cauliflower. Same taste and easier

I love cauliflower and cheese and look forward to making this. But I am frustrated that no oven temp nor time is given for baking. In this inflated economy, I m not happy about experimenting and possibly ruining the meal prior to getting these right. If possible, please add these to your presentation

Merci d'avoir écrit. Oui, vous pouvez utiliser n'importe quelle farine. Mais peut-être ensuite ajouter plus de farine (+1-2 cuillères à soupe de farine)

Bonne recette mais pour la confection de la sauce blanche , il faudrait ne pas utiliser une poele ou sauteuse mais plutôt une casserole , moins large , ce sera plus facile pour mélanger , il faut mettre le lait petit à petit pour éviter les grumeaux , et surtout ne pas mélanger avec un ustensile en MÉTAL qui risque d’endommager le revêtement de votre poele anti adhésive et surtout de vous faire manger de petites particules de ce revêtement , ce qui n’est pas recommander . Je vous écris de France , j’ai 71 ans et des sauces blanches, j’en ai fait ....bonne idée de rajouter le mélange mayo fromage râpé
