So funny, I pull the whites out to, makes a perfect over easy egg. Whites completely cooked yokes not at all…they sell these little round things you can set on the griddle that will contain the egg so it doesn’t run if your griddle is off level or keeping it nice and tite for a breakfast Sammy.

I do love biscuits and sausage gravy. Since I can't put any metal on the indoor griddle I use a countertop oven to bake biscuits, griddle to fry sausage and the Ninja foodi to make the gravy. Takes tops 20 minutes to make.

Hey Johnny, great vid my friend! Your tip on eggs I use every time; generally when I do eggs it’s a dozen and takes up half the surface of my Blackstone 36” haha. I’m going to have to find a rack and try the dome for the biscuits. Made biscuits and gravy over the camp fire this summer in cast iron, I’m still trying to perfect gravy. Seems to kick my behind every time! My mom was with and got ‘er knocked out though!

This turned out good but there is def room for improvement. Thanks for watching.

Great video johhny! Just one tip, make your flour roux in a sauce pan/skillet first and get it to almost a brownie roux. When your sausage is done add the roux to your foil pan with sausage, spices, and lite cream. If not thick enough then add lite crean with corn starch toward the end. Other than that your dish looks very awesome. PS: I learned something from you on the biscuits. I never thought to cook them on a rack with a dome. Neat! 😘😘
