EASY ASPARAGUS AND TOMATO TART
You won’t believe how simple it is to make this beautiful tart. It’s great for a Spring brunch, lunch or dinner!
1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
1 bunch asparagus, cut in half
1 or more cups of fresh colorful cherry tomatoes
1 bunch scallions, green part, slice at a diagonal
1/2 cup sour cream (or 1 cup if making two tarts)
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (per 1/2 cup sour cream), or 1 tablespoon for 1 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1-2 cups shredded Gruyere cheese
