OffbeatLook - Beauty and Lifestyle with Camille it turned out really nice!! Everyone in my family was shocked but it needed to be done. I had split dyed yellow hair since September and I KNOW my hair doesn’t take well to bleach but I wanted it, did it and over the months it got drier and drier so I said screw it let me start over! Now I look like lil bill (according to my sister 😂) but I love it. It’s so freeing especially since I’ve always been about my hair.

Would you ever attempt cutting your hair at home?

I had my aunt trim my hair twice and I’ve trimmed my own hair twice so far. 1 every 6 months. I don’t go to my aunts house that often for her to trim my hair when I need it. I’m from NC but stationed in MD and I don’t trust anyone to trim my hair except my hairstylist and my aunt because they don’t get scissor happy. Where I am, there aren’t good hairstylist unless you go down to Baltimore which is more than an hour away 🙄🙄

Cutting shears are made ALOT differently than traditional scissors. ✂️ tend to shred your ends over time and require more trims

looks great. I do the same. I cant tell you how many times hair dressers have cut my hair and then when I get home I have to fix it. Now I do it myself and it comes out great. I find that because my hair is curly it is easy to cut myself doesn't need to be super perfect and it looks good.

Your curl pattern is everything and your hair color faded so nicely 🧡 💗

My son is mixed and has and has an undercut and curly on top. The barbershop never seems to get the top right. Should they cut it dry or wet?

So I have curly hair and my left side is less curly and I have an uneven curl pattern but my right is shorter since it curls better should I dry cut the left side?? I’m scared because I don’t know how it would look straightened

@@OffbeatLook I JUST started, but I have low levels of vitamin D3, I just bought some this weekend. And I am going to do 15-20 mins in the sun per day and see if I can lift my levels. It will all work out I have faith. 😉
