Robert - you're a godsend! I've looked at the slick Somfy videos so many times and their directions never worked. Yours was so easy and I fixed my motorized shade positions in 5 minutes. Thank you for saving me from calling the Shade Store another time to reprogram my shades and spend far more time. Thank you and great work!

Another "finally" comment from me! This was the video that gave the magic tip to correctly set the lower limit of the blind, which was to firstly let it run all the way down (even if it's too far), before entering the programming mode to adjust the position. I'd spent hours watching loads of the "official" videos, which were no help at all. Thank you! ALSO THIS VIDEO HAS A CAT!

Finally...the one video that fixed my problem. I needed to set my lower limit and could not do it. Every time I pressed up and down, the shade jogs..then "My" where I wanted it, all that did was change the direction of my shades. Very frustrating. After watching this video, the key to my success was letting the shade roll all the way out. THEN performing up and down, moving it to where I wanted it, then my. It set the lower limit and didn't change direction. I installed all six of my Somfy blinds, fished the AC behind the walls, made for a nice clean install. It was a lot of work, but the most frustrating part was this programming.

You are the man ! I previously saw 4-5 videos and couldn't make it work, motor would not enter programming mode. No one (except you) mention clearly, that the motor ONLY enters in programming mode (when both up and down arrow are pressed at the same time), if, and only if, the motor is previously run its course all the way up or down. So simple, yet omitted by the rest, BRAVO!!!!!
