About Sweet Briar Farm
We are a small farm located in Central/Northern Michigan. We farm every inch of our 6 acres. We breed Registered Dairy Goats, Dexter Cattle, and Heritage Hogs. Clean healthy food is important to us and we like to produce the majority of our food on the farm and we grow and raise enough to sell to local customers. Producing our own food also means we forage for wild edibles such as mushrooms and tap our maple trees in the spring to make maple syrup. In 2019 we added honeybees to the farm and have had as many as 30 active hives producing honey for us.
Our goats include Nubian goats, Mini Nubians, Fainting Goats, and Nigerian Dwarf goats.
Our Heritage Hogs include: registered Berkshires, Tamworth, Kune Kune, and Hereford.

Great video. This is the first one I've seen comparing seeders. Really important stuff to help people know what to buy.
Great information , video well done. Have two Earthway seeders and one Hoss. The Earthways aree mainly used planting larger seeds. Have bult a hitch to mount them on the back of a garden tractor. They can be used as a single or both mounted side by side, up to 18 inches apart if needed. Both are probably more than 20 years old. The Hoss seeder is used for smaller seeds, mostly beets. Beets are our main cash crop, selling the 400 lbs. or more per year. This about the fifth season on it. Both brands do their job, both have their pluses and minus points. For the total cost of the units, can not complain.

Both have their flaws. Overall I am happy with the Jang. :)
Can the jang be modified for smaller seed?

There are 2 models of the Jang seeder the other model they make has roller seeders for small seeds like broccoli and lettuces etc.
