Earthmoving Legacy Center - Quick tour and Diesel Seventy Five walkaround

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

I had the chance to visit the Earthmoving Legacy Center in Elkader Iowa while I was there visiting MTS. This is a very quick walk through the main building to give you an idea of what is there. There are 3 more buildings to go through, as well as many pieces outside. If you are at all interested in old Caterpillar equipment you have to visit this place! I was also fortunate enough to get to see their restoration workshop, where they are very near completion on a Diesel Seventy Five. Talk about a dream shop for restoring vintage Caterpillars. I really didn't want to get into a lot of detail because I want you to go and check it out for yourself to really appreciate the history and workmanship that can be seen. Thanks for watching, I hope you enjoyed the video.

That is a fair question, I added a new mic to my go pro for two reasons, make it more clear to understand when I’m talking and to get rid of the noise that could be heard every time I moved my hand. However it added some too heavy weight to the whole apparatus now that makes it harder for me to keep it steady when walking. Now I have to add a gimbal to the mix to compensate for all of that.
