Who is still here listening to this? I love this and just added to a synthwave mix I made the other day. Very ethereal and melancholy at the same time when it needs to be, shifting into hopeful and forward when it's time. Great job to the producer!

In my hand is the tiny blue action figure named "Romm" from the Computer Warriors toy line. I'm holding it up high above my head - he is flying through a Tron-like world only I can see - as I charge around my grandfather's pharmacy making soaring and explosion noises. I pass the couple of old-timers congregated on the wooden chairs to the left of the cash register, rush by the glass sales counter, through the back, and into the store's back yard where my Grandpa is relaxing on his folding metal-frame chaise lounge. I'm 7 or 8 and it is a memory of some idyllic day in 1992 or 1993. So my Grandpa died in '98, and the pharmacy closed some years before that, but this track put me right back there almost the way a scent can bring back a memory. Thank you so much to the artists and everyone else involved in creating this amazing track.

There isnt a single NewRetroWave i haven't loved. Thank you, and for all my (and our) sakes, please don't stop the awesome compilations/productions. All of it is just freaking awesome.

I appreciate the underlying notes very greatly. Neighbor is doing the basic "bum bum bum" repetitive garbage and I hear laughter and can't sleep, but this tune truly make me at peace and sleepy. Thank god for active headphones. Good night.

This is the music I wake up to - and also the music I fall asleep to - and somewhen during a lucky night, I might find myself within a dream settled within the 80ies and a cyberpunk touch to it

Use to listen this while driving on the i-95 interstate in Florida..to Miami..and around the coastal regions and within the everglades...with a pair of sunglasses...looking at the skyline of the city. 👽Now I use it while riding trains in Germany from city to city..I love progression! 🌃

I can confirm, I blast this running the 528 from Orlando to Canaveral all the time, and it really captures that golden age hyperfuturism in an amazing way!

This song is simply a masterpiece! The melody, all the transitions, that treble sparkling and playing with you in the background, everything is done so perfectly. Masterpiece!

Earmake have to be one of the best synthwave projects to come across in a long while, I am continually impressed by both how varied sources of influences they draw on as well as how many nuances and depths there are in their songs - I keep discovering new details every time I listen to most of their songs which is a rare experience with music in any genre

Earmake makes you feel something no other band on this or another genre makes me feel, is insane how music can make you travel into a place that not exist but still feel so real... This particulary song amazed me...

Exactly. I've always listened to instrumentals while drawing/painting. Somehow lyrics seem to interrupt the creative processes happening inside my head.

Anyone else hear this song and think of the navigators guild of Dune? One is letting his mind wander before the trip, and the images of where he wants to arrive comes to mind. Then he just enjoys the feeling of the spice flowing through him, and pulls everyone along...

What's funny is this is all better than a lot of the stuff from the actual 80s. It's more the vibe of the future we saw in the 80s than the 80s themselves.
