I took my top to be powder coated. They wouldn't do it as the metal was "too thin" and may warp.

Thats strange because I used to be a powder coater and we used to do big thin panels for things like chemical cabinets and electrical cabinet boxes (industrial sized) and warping was never a problem. I would suspect an early bronco roof would be just fine.

@@NashvilleEarlyBronco I know! I was pretty surprised and quite disappointed. It's weird as I've met other bronco owners who HAVE had powder coated tops. 🤷🏻‍♀️😞

I think I’ve got the glass for the hard top hidden away in my shed if someone is interested
