Also in the case of sports all parties do make a profit win or lose… obviously there’s an extra incentive for the winner. But competitors compete and earn income by it otherwise they wouldn’t do it. However gambling there is mostly loss for the masses and a bad addiction. There isn’t any effort done to earn that money that justifies it even if you win… all a person does is take an against the odds risk for quick money. The end results is always loss (generally speaking)

This way of thinking is so ridiculous. He is talking like the people who ruin their families with drugs, alcohol or betting don't have any responsibility themselves. Like they don't have free will. EVERYTHING in life can be dangerous - even fighting which he seems to have no problem promoting. What about all the fighters who become brain damaged down the line. Doesn't that ruin families too? People make their own decisions in life and those decisions have consequences, to act like he would be at fault or have any responsibility for people being adversly effected by him promoting something is completely false. Fighting in a cage for a living is a huge gamble, every single time you step in there you literally risk dying, but some fighters change their lives and their families' lives for the better and the same goes for gambling many people have gotten wealthy and created a whole new life for generations to come through gambling... Ofcourse it's his promotion he can do what he wants i'm just saying that his logic is completely flawed and doesn't make any sense. He only feels this way because of his holy book that he blindly follows.

I never gambled, never drank alcohol or did drugs despite being born in Europe and later on, living in the United States. Just how many of below 100K a year income earners struggle to get their finances to qualify for ONE house, 30 year mortgage, each month every month it takes away such a hugeee portion of your take home salary and this guy lost two houses 😔 Khabib was not being dramatic in comparing. I absolutely love this, Khabib showing his class once again. Here in the UK, the adverts/commercials during sporting events are absolutely crammed with betting sites and apps. Thankfully never gone that route myself, but it's so predatory and I know people who have. Especially people watching who have maybe had a couple to drink, probably easy to take a punt.
