Hailing from the mountains of Dagestan, under the guidance of his father; the late Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, Khabib would rise to the summit of combat sports, after an unblemished 29-0 run in MMA, including wins over Conor McGregor, Dustin Poirier and Justin Gaethje.
After further development of his skills under Javier Mendez at AKA in San Jose, California (alongside the likes of Daniel Cormier, Luke Rockhold and Cain Velasquez), Khabib would go on to attract worldwide acclaim for being one of the ‘greatest of all time.’
Taking over his late father’s mantle, Khabib now has family members Umar Nurmagomedov, Usman Nurmagomedov and Abubakar Nurmagomedov’s careers to guide alongside long-time friends Islam Makhachev’s and Zubaira Tukhugov to name just a few.
