E20 | The Big Lap of WA - Red Bluff & Point Quobba Blow Holes Camp

This week we head out of Ningaloo Station, and through Canarvon to Quobba Station. We spend a windy couple of days at Red Bluff (a Mecca for surfers and fisherman!) before moving on to Point Quobba Blow Holes campground where Cam gets onto a good fish!
Next week we are check out another couple of great stations - Wooramel and Hamelin, where we soak in artesian hot springs and explore paddocks full of interesting farm relics and cars!
Cheers!

Good to see the shacks are still at Quobba. We heard that Carnarvon Shire were planning to demolish them. They have been giving the shack owners a hard time for years. Nice chopper tailor, took us a while to work out that they are good eating if cooked fresh :)

Hi Cam. Can't believe it mate. You guys parked at the exact spot where Paula and I parked for three nights August 2018. Just loved the snorkelling at Quabba. Looks like a squatter camp, but we had the best stay there. Will definitely stop over again when we attempt our lap. I'll pm you a photo of our stay. Cheers. Herman.

Another awesome vid. Love it. Great interview in the shower, Tiff! Very well handled both interviewee and cameraperson! Cooking with Cam started out really well, improvised ingredients that still came together until the fishing turned the cooking into a Coight classic. Great catch, and good salvage, it was prolly a more appropriate size anyway post the fishing distraction. I have to admit that I was disappointed that Krunchilli did not make an appearance....having said that I did order more than a few jars of it, thanks to you guys, and now I have a new addiction. Krunchilli is just amazing!!! (ps had it for breakfast this morning atop grilled haloumi cheese and sliced tomato on toast while watching todays episode)

Stayed at the blow holes on my way to Exmouth on my big trip in 2017. Was the old bloke and his imported wife there to collect the fees for the blow hole camp? They were horrible, 4 nights mate and i and kelpie stayed there, he smelt like a brewery, she said mate paid correct amount and refused to give change, which he didnt, he paid more in cash, then he started getting narky. We almost packed up and drove out at 10 pm. Having said that, they never came back to see us and we had a good camp there and i got some awesome footage of the blow hole etc.
