Cheese Louise!!! You've talked us into it. That pizza oven from Kitchen Warehouse is a vital piece of camping kit 😊 Love watching your family adventures and how you guys keep it real. 🩷

As a former pizza maker at Silvios back in th 90's, we would put cheese on the sauce base, then shake off anything not stuck, then the toppings, then cheese on top. So the best way is cheese top and bottom :) Hoping to be able to see you guys on Saturday, massive fans, you guys inspired us to do our own WA NT trip, two years ago in our own Forbes 13+.

Another great video with entertaining commentary. The pizzas looked delicious with cheese either way. Those bags look so practical to what we use to use particularly in bull dust areas. Best wishes.

Cheese! Also main cheese on bottom but also a little bit of cheese on top too to make it stick. We also drive with our AC on to pre cool the van either before a lunch stop or before we get to site on a hot day.

Mate, great to see Tiff and the kids back on the big screen.........as professional chefs with about 15mins experience, we always put some "cheese" on the bottom then go hard with more "cheese" on the top. Hope this helps your lives become better!

More efficient to dc2dc charge car to van auxiliary batteries , than car inverter 240v. In vid saying run aircon while driving, so no different

We make our own pizza dough...so easy to do anywhere or pre do them before a trip and left as dough balls. Just a little "cheese> on the bottom and top works for us. The pizza oven seems to be spot on!

Cheese, yep that’s a great photo 😂. A little trick if you’re interested. You screwed a tarp hook onto your stone guard. I put 2 of these on my stone stomper at the tow bar on top of the square tube. Now I don’t have to feed the elastic around the square tube. Just hook it onto the tarp hooks. Just my little hack. Cheers. Love your channel.

Hey guys! I used to own a pizza shop, you put a little bit of cheese on the bottom to help the toppings stick, but you also pack the top with cheese! Hope this helps

Love the cheese face! We do both, a small amount under as 'glue' and then heaps on top for the browning. As for the aircon we only run a trailer so dont have the option but honestly your reasoning makes sense esp for nap time. I am guessing it also draws less power to maintain something cooled than it would to cool from hot so also makes sense to do that while its not drawing just banked/solar power

Depends on the style pizza for when the cheese goes on. Some bottom and top, some only top. Great set up.

From a construction and engineering point of view… the cheese in the bottom is to bond the topping to the base like a mortar bed for a brick to a footing, the cheese on top also locks the topping together. This way, your topping doesn’t slide of the base on the first bite. Byproduct of this methodology is more cheese which can’t be complained about. 😂

I like your methodology. however, surely the density of the ingredients vs the small inclination a pizza experiences is enough for said ingredients so stick to the base by F=MA (ie A = gravity in this situation). I am personally more interested about the insulation and heat transfer with the cheese on top. Totally agree with your conclusion, more cheese.......why does it need to be an either or situation anyway......just have cheese on the bottom and top! All good mate, just silly banter on an excellent youtube channel.

Loving the CHEESE idea on the pizza. I like to actually mix all the pizza ingredients in a bowl...including cheese...spread the sauce on the base then a handful of mixture and cook. A great way to make 12 small pizzas using a pack of 12 bases. Hubby is drooling over your pizza oven!!!

'Cheese' top and bottom! Well done guys the new bags look great and I think I have sold the mister on the pizza oven. Recently got a pizza stone for the ziggy which is awesome too.

Cheese is the glue! Sprinkle on the base, load the specialties, then lock them in with an oozy gooey infiltrating topping of toasted cheese! 😋

Love the excitement over the solar and aircon. Nice idea with mesh bags hopefully you guys smash some sales. Cheese on top was our usual, but might have to test the cheese below.

We do some toppings under the 'cheese' , and others on top, depending on how we want them cooked. Eg cherry tomatoes go on top, so they dry out more and get mire roasted 😎
