Dynamic Speed and Fitness presents strength/power partner work to failure routine. this routine was performed after an intense metabolic conditioning circuit. With being exhausted, the goal here was to motivate each other to get the reps of 1-3 each exercise. the bench was 315 lbs, close gripped dead lifts were 305 with a chain around our necks, and the box step ups were to a box platform with a knee flexion with 65 lbs dumbbells and 75 lbs dummbells with a box step up (both with chains around our necks) This was a tough routine but awesome to end a workout with.....
