Anybody tried the Nobaskeron Secrets (look on google search engine)? I've heard many awesome things about this popular training course.

Its still surprise me just how many people do not know about Nobaskeron Secrets (google search it) despite the fact that lots of people improve their skills using it. Thanks to my personal friend who told me about it. I have become a better player.

I need my jump height to improve as I'm already pretty short but I guess I'm going to have to just train harder

what advise are you specifically looking for? how to do an actual "dip" or how to implement into your training. I will mention that we make surge that the athlete or individual we are training has proper shoulder and elbow joint stability to handle the stress of doing a dip (whether it is assisted or unassisted - the stability is a must). The goal is to get the upper arm to become parallel with the floor bending at the elbows and shoulders lowering body down. Then drive chest up by driving arms straight up. Hope this helps. Phil

They were doing 65lbs, but it was light for them. They were doing the cleans for more reps and volume.
