One hell of a warm up mate! Best ever. In the best ever Daniel PT style! No wonder it took you a while to get one together. I feel super warm and actually a bit tired already! Going for your kettlebell HIIT now.... will now be using it every time before your HIIT or tabata session. Thanks for this, much appreciated!

This was wonderful! All the movements were very inventive, and just a great way to warm-up the whole body.

I am glad u made this video. It rained heavily today. so I was worried that my muscles will still be cold when I will workout and this may lead to injuries and or Quick burnout. When I got to the gym, I switched off all the ACs and started my workout just to sweat. Now that I have this warm up follow along, I wouldn't be bothered even when it's cold. This will help me achieve my warm up goals and complete my workout without injury.

Thank you daniel literally just what the doctor ordered I was getting bored of my daily stretch routine. Not sure how I would have coped during lockdown without these workouts. Riddle me this ....1) Again who is the one person who could dislike this video? 2) This could have been a shirtless workout....give the people what they want...! ha ha aha h a

A typical warmup may last anywhere from 5-15 minutes and generally focuses on gradually increasing heart rate, loosening up muscles and joints, and preparing the body for more intense exercise. Because the warmup is not designed to be a high-intensity or calorie-burning portion of the workout, it may only burn a small amount of calories, possibly in the range of 25-50 calories for this particular warmup. It's important to remember that the primary purpose of a warmup is to prepare your body for the upcoming workout and to reduce the risk of injury. So while the calorie burn may be minimal during a warmup, the benefits to your overall fitness and health can be significant.

You should collab with BullyJuice! He kills it in the sound department, and I think the beginning of his warmup would greatly benefit from some more gentle movements, and your video has some great movement that get some good activation but are still gentle. Maybe make a beginner-advanced warmup series, since KZread is nearly void of those.. properly labeled ones atleast. idk.
