Your tutorials are just perfect. I have had my DW-H5600 for a month now and I figured most of the stuff by reading the app and the online manual. I am in love with it except for a couple of caveats: 1. No minus option or speed scrolling when setting up timers and such from the watch. 2. Buttons are extremely recessed. I am lucky to have good nails and small fingertips but other people will suffer this choice. 3. Unable to sync your fitness data with other platforms or at least be able to export the raw data. I wish Casio would be more open with this. Anything else about the watch I love. I’ve been waiting for a Square with MIP screen and this is just so cool to look at all day.

I wish they gave us a 4th option for the heart rate monitor, not constantly, not only at night, but something like only a couple times an hour. Surely that would significantly increase the battery life at a hopefully acceptable tradeoff of accuracy.

I had GBD 100 and only "complicated" thing was this interval timer, rest was very easy! I have now GBD H1000 and it is more complicated, however same logic and menus like GBD 100...

Great tutorial ! Just one question ( from an old fashion g shocker ) , do you know if there is a way to have the hourly signal ?

Is there a "find my phone" on the watch? Or "Find my watch" through the phone? If yes, what's the process? Does it work well?

Could be interesting a version without sensors... Maybe you could modify your for build home made version removing sensors

Are you able to remove the face plate thing to better use the buttons? I’m waiting for mine to get in the mail to try this out.

Does the alarm have vibration?

Does the 'auto pause' feature 24:13 automatically resume when it detects activity like running, walking etc?

Is Casio watch able to back sync number of steps from Casio Watch app to display steps from all Casio watches or is the sync one way only (from watch to Casio app but no steps are sync from app to watch)?

Mine runs 1 second slow, when compared to my phone? I have tried resetting the watch. I have also set my sleep times in two places, but sleeping with the watch on provided no data, even though i saw the pulse light illuminating?

How do I update the software? The Ap says there is an update , but there is no way to download it?

does it have hourly time signal?

It's a shame the MIP models don't have the hourly beep or the ability to adjust the date format to dd-mm-yy. Casio got so caught up in the features they forgot some of the basics...

Yeah im so used to the hourly beeps I've been missing them on this model. Im personally fine with the date format not being adjustable but I do think there's little to no reason why it should not be a option.

The gbd-H2000 had beeps but the menus were so slow which no one mentions in reviews. Compass always needing calibrating. The buttons also felt very mushy. I was coming from a Garmin which is leagues ahead of Casio. Hopefully the next model Casio releases is a game changer. I did love the look/feel and display. They need to let us take advantage of the watch faces with more data also. Don't get me started on their app.

I had a software update today and now there is an hourly signal you can set it in the alarm settings only thru the casio app not on the watch

does it have Sig?

I would love to seen an updated version without the measurements but with the step tracker in place. Also I don’t need the notifications from phone.

When the count time timer gets to zero i get no beep yet i have sound turned on. Is this a bug in software?

my battery died how do i turn it back on?

Why does the nightly recharge mode always give me no data?

It seems you diabled that the light turns on with every button press. how? or am I imaging things?

Is there a way to turn on flight mode ?

Yes there is, first press and hold the mode button(lower left button) for 3 sec than press the mode button 4 times to go to airplane mode then press the enter button(upper left button) and select on and press enter again to activete the airplaine mode in time keeping you see an airplane next to the batt indicator,in the airplane mode the running, walking,gym functie is not working

cool watch but sucks when there is an update.... may connect or lose connection. I have had times where i had to remove from my main phone and either used someone elses or a backup phone to update... Casio needs to improve on this.

Man, no decrease value in such a watch really leaves me puzzled

I can not use heart rate, blood oxygen or almanac at all. Like it won't even let me enter them when I select them in the menu and press button A. Nothing happens. Any ideas?

How full is the battery? IIRC it won't let you do some stuff when the battery isn't charged up.

@lukazz434 GW-5000U je kolega kupio od mene, tako da ga nemam, povezuje se kad salje podatke I kada štima vrijeme. Nisam primjetio da utjece na bateriju na mobitelu

Man you are light just 66kg on 171 I have 170 and 82kg but till last 4 years I was have same 65kg and pray to get 70kg now that 70kg look so nice I was put weight to be stronger now afraid to touch anyone 😂 hope bring down to 75kg that's perfect for me I was beat everyone with 63kg now am like monster haha

Great watch. I would not buy it just becasue it dosent have cykling. Shame casio

I don’t like Casios new app it is not now has good has the previous apps wich you could set your watch’s to your own Refined settings one was the phone find tone could be set to your on music on the phone also the timer zone on sum watches you could set the timer to individual the towns or city you live in and the world timer to the place you holiday at I have a few Casio watches with Bluetooth connect one my mud master ggb100 the logo map graphics are not now has detailed it also full of advertisements I payed a lot for my watches so a Would like to choose what I wanted to see what I want to set on an the app it puts my off from buying Another casino Bluetooth watch
