DUMBBELL ONLY QUADS, GLUTES & LEG WORKOUT- At Home or Gym Lower Body Workout

Switching things up today and we’re doing a voice over of a dumbbell only booty and leg workout. This workout can be done at home or at the gym and takes around 45 minutes with the warm up and cool down. I definitely recommend doing one of my dynamic warm up videos before and cooling down with one of my stretching minutes after. Save this for your next leg day if you want to demolish your quads. Choose a weight that is right for you and by the end of the reps, you should feel like you don’t have much more to do. There’s no shame in using lower weight and focusing on form.
