15 Min Dumbbell Only Leg Workout- Build Your Glutes and Hammies with Me

Today I’m taking you through a circuit style leg workout using dumbbells that will get your heart rate up and help you build muscle in your lower body. Let’s build our glutes and hammies together, so grab a weight (or a few) so you can choose your challenge, and let’s get into this workout together. For an added challenge- do this two times and let me know how you feel after 🥵️

Curtsy Lunge to Deadlift
Side Lunge into Plie Squat
Front Squat to Side Leg Raise
Sumo Deadlift to Goblet Squat
Bridge with Abduction
Donkey Kick Left
Donkey Kick Right

    Thank you so much! And mine are only 8 lbs as that's what I have at home now but if you have access to a wider range I would encourage you to choose a weight that challenges you and where you really feel like you're at the end of what you've got by the end of the time. When I'm at the gym sometimes I change in between rounds depending on how I feel!
