thank you ...it's not easy to follow if one doesn't understand Bulgarian... some labeling on screen could be helpful maybe?... So K390 had better edge retention in a rope test? ... how do the 2 steels compare in toughness and sharpening?

both suck to sharpen unless u have diamond stones

@@reece_7567 Ceramic makes it easy too. I prefer it to diamond. Diamond stones were developed to sharpen ceramic knives, that's why they cut those super steels so easy.
