I’ll never forget the time I heard a serial killer talk about murdering a prostitute, and that before he went to strangle her she knew what was about to happen and she said “go ahead, it’s okay, maybe I’ll finally get some peace.” This man made me think of that story. There is such evil in this world that so many people are privileged enough to never see.

We're not in his situation. If you were, I imagine you'd become a killer too. Like he said, "...its not training with paper targets." Be self-righteous all you want, and make statements about choice, and free will. You'll only show the utter ignorance you mentally possess. Why else do you think the gangsters use young poor kids as torpedoes? They're ignorant, impressionable, and most importantly expendable. The military trains soldiers, and marines to kill on command, then shut-it-off; and you still hear on the news later when they can't just shut-it-off, and they kill family members or people in public settings. How much more damaged do you think these kids are already?

We'd have to legalize every drug and if you go back to Oliver North. Think about how so much coke got here in the 80's. If there was a way to do it to where only the user hurt themselves and didn't have to leave their house it would work but even in states that pot is legal I've still talked to people that still go to a dealer rather than a dispensary it's still legal just not regulated they still got it from somewhere down the line. There are so many variables in play that it just becomes a double edged sword. It's a shame too because it just might work.
