These people arent landlords or investors. They're at the most crowdfunding middlemen. None of them seemed to have put their own resources into these projects. Who remembers Inside Track selling swathes of new build flats in leeds and the north back in 2006/07 promising double digit returns and year on year growth ? only for the whole thing to go bang. This new generation has never seen the damage a downturn can do to the market or to people. All these people would have still been in school back then. A landlord makes his money from whatever is left over after deducting all costs each month. These people are all young, only in their 20's. There's no reason why any one of them cant build a portfolio through saving to buy one property, then saving again and doing it again. Through continuous saving and reinvestment you can build a rental portfolio over a 10 year period and still be in your 30's. Buying property like any investment is a long play and not a means of getting rich overnight.

People just always want the quickest easiest route to weight loss. It's much more rewarding when you put in the hard work. Exercise and eat well. Eating healthy doesnt have to be boring either. There are soooooo many tasty healthy dishes.
I know someone who lost an eye as a kid from playing archery with friends, you can’t really tell unless he’s looking way to one side and the prosthetic doesn’t move quite as far over. These eye prosthetics today are truly amazingly realistic!

Mine is actually pretty close to his size. Although I’m a big guy as well, which helps a bit. I am perfectly able to hide it wearing jeans. Most people don’t know that I have a big penis. But mine is not that thick, that probably makes a difference.

The UK government is lobbying wales to submit to their plans to excluse glass from the new recyling bill. If they exclude glass then you might as well scrap the whole bill.
