Looks like something I might try. Until now I just had 1 beet recipe. boil beet cubes, let them cool down. Then add some vinegar, oil, sour apple and onion. Give it a stir.
Funny I just made a beetroot risotto and this video popped up 7 hours ago.. I used white wine but DAMN was it so good. Everyone can enjoy the italian kitchen. Here I am from Sweden.
