The power is called Mit’mita! it’s a grounded African Birds Eye chili powder mixed with cardamom, cumin, cloves and many other ingredients. Often used to add more spice into any dish you like. has no meat in it. The green jalapeño pepper you normally just take a bite out of it. No need to add more stuffing 😂

Ahh so the base is very similar to a thai chili, will try to sprinkle it over next time instead of eating it straight haha. Cheers!

Africa is continent with 54 countries, and this is Ethiopian 🇪🇹 food and spicy and Ethiopia is on the Horn of Africa.. and only Ethiopia 🇪🇹has this kind of food and spicy.. the rest of them, are copying from Ethiopia 🇪🇹 😅
