I really appreciate the split format of the videos because we get to see the physical action while also having it supplemented by clear audio (sometimes your mic is muffled during the technique) and your excellent analysis. Great videos!

Yeah in this one I noticed the muffled component after filming and made best with what I had, I definitely want to work on getting better way to do audio so I avoid that.

The mix of footage is excellent, keeps me engaged but also helps illustrate what you're teaching. It's always great to see clips of comp footage or live rolling in an instructional, and the talking head parts from your lounge break up the action and add another element too. Always loved your videos but they do get better and better

I like the format. I believe Ffion did something very similar last week at WNO in that she shot in for chest to chest control on top before stepping over the foot that Rocha had outside her hip preventing the knee cut.

Goal/obstacle/approach is such a great format. What are my goals, what are the barriers and how do it address them. 50% opacity title screens at the beginning of each segment would be help keep my attention. But you’re basically doing that. Love these man. Keep up the good work

Maybe something like someone pushing away with a frame then pulling me with a collar tie to off-balance me will happen, but I'm not sure since I haven't been aware of this passing concept. The on-mat explanation is really lovely because you explicity present what is going on (eg what grip we get and where). With the sparring commentary I frequently get confused because everything is everywhere and it's a mess. Unless you edit the videos to add arrows etc, it would confuse me. That's my opinion, I really love on-mat explanations and believe you should keep them. You're one of the the best if not the best BJJ online coaches. Thank you so much.
