Redundant much? Ever think that your country's laws don't necessarily apply to the rest of the countries on Earth? Do you know without a doubt where this video was shot? If it was 12 miles offshore, then it was in no country at all. Just enjoy the video and don't be a wet blanket.

Your supposed to fly in the air. Use $ 100 drones and learn how to pilot half way decent and you will never end up in the water
