Driven Fox Hunt with Chiappa Triple Crown 20G, West Victoria 23/04/2023

This time I join the lads in West Victoria using Jack Russells, Parsons, Whippets, Jagterriers, Lurchers, German Short Hair Pointers and Greyhounds flushing them out of just about every swamp, grasses, trees, rocks and quarries.
20 foxes, 2 hares and a rabbit for the day.

Your mate finally found a cartridge with some shot in it😂 Well done with the long shots, do like the 20g.

Its got shot in it alright. That was NSI Fast 3" Magnums with 51grams of #0 shot. However the little 20 Gauge makes up for it in accuracy and three barrels.

Big day. Redskins everywhere.
Very novel and possibly rare shotgun. As for 20G, I've never seen one being used in 50+ yrs of shooting. Even the Ladies use 12Gs for high birds in the chalk downs of Southern England, but then you have to and it probably explains why there are not a lot of the ladies willing to fire 50-100 x 12G cartridges in a day.

First 2 foxes are from the 20g. 50-60 yards on the run with an IC choke and 31gram load.
Looks like you are over leading, shooting high slowing the gun, still good shooting and bag, long shots 30-45m? You hit one of the foxes in the jaw, did you get him?

That's not my shooting and that fox was shot about 3 seconds later by the next shooter in the line. Both my shots were 60 yard shots with a 20 bore and both of the foxes dead.
Nice vid have you ever done a pattern test to see where each barrel shoots?? Its a pure curiosity question! What shot size are you using, tss or lead??!rgds steve uk

On this gun I have not patterned it. Was using 31gram lead with #0 shotsize.

@@mchughcb You really need to pattern that mate, often factory fodder isnt quite what it seems, particularly at distance. But as has been stated many of those shots were way to far forward imo. Great footage though keep it up.
