I am contacting prominent Aussie hunting KZreadrs and social media influencers regarding an issue that will effect many hunters in Victoria (and hunters from other states who come down to enjoy our state forest sambar and fellow deer hunting). Currently, a 'Great Forest National Park' is proposed for the central highlands and eastern Victoria. While a new national park might initially seem beneficial, the reality is that a dozen existing state forests will be incorporated into the new park and Victorians will lose access to their public land where we can currently enjoy year-round hunting without restriction. As an Aussie hunter with a big audience, we'd appreciate if you could use your platform and following to help us raise awareness for this issue.   I don't mind at all. I've already made a submission. Its not just hunters, its bushwalkers, 4WD, motorbikes, horses, wood cutters. They are a far bigger group than hunters. I'd be getting onto the 4WD channels first.

  seems like such a good choice to use instead of a longer 30 inch model. its way faster to swing around and get a lock on targets. just got one today and I'm going to use it for skeet at my local club

  Lovely work mate. Would love to come over and do this. It’s pretty much the same as how we hunt wallabies. I’ve just started putting up short vids on here. But you’ve convinced me to get the shotkam. Once again good work

  @foonboyinc The shotkam is expensive but a huge step up in quality. You also have to get used to holding the shottie on target after you fire to keep the target in picture.

  @alleycat8483 She's now 12 and arthritic. Marusya died a fortnight ago and she made it to 14. Was a very sad week. I hope you bought some shares because the Indos are taking us at at a huge premium.

  @@mchughcb Hi Charlie, saw the news re the deal with MACH, but sadly didnt have any REX myself, the whole sector IE explorers has been tough of late, have a sizable holding in KRM, and sold AWJ too early, and yes sad about Marusya, very popular dog up here, we see so many miniatures getting walked at waterfront , and hope you held a swag yourself re REX, might see you treat yourself a new Shotgun or rifle hey.

  Greetings. I write from Central Italy. I would like to know how and when the fox was introduced to Australia. at the same time as the wild rabbit or even earlier? and finally I would like to know if neighboring New Zealand also has problems with foxes.   Fox and rabbit was introduced from England. Fox in 1855 and rabbit in 1859 for hunting. New Zealand does not have foxes. Deer and hares were also introduced into Australia for hunting.

  @tony61able It depends on local laws. In Victoria the pure bred dingos are not shot but dogs that have bred with domestic dogs that kill cows and sheep are.

  @pois3689 Tutte le volpi uccidono agnelli, vitelli e molti animali autoctoni come echidna, bandicoot e opossum. Il governo paga una taglia di 10 dollari per ogni volpe cacciata.

  На жаль, моя чорна такса Маруся минулого тижня померла, і я похована в лісі. Їй було 14 років. Моїй коричневій таксі Фросі 12 років, скоро я візьму її на полювання. Вибачте, що субтитри не працюють. Зазвичай я мало розмовляю, окрім того, щоб сказати, якою рушницею та набоями я користуюся, куди може втекти лисиця та сказати іншим мисливцям, якщо лисиця мертва. Я все ще стріляю самбарських оленів вночі, тому що в цей час вони приходять поїсти на ферми.

  Nice stuff, as usual 👍 At the risk of sounding “wanky” it was somewhat a visual splendour. Beautiful green undulating pasture (Gippsland??), clear sky with winter sun, the engraved receiver, the deep walnut stock then the satisfying visual of that dirty stinking lamb killing vermin hitting the dirt.. Well done 👍

  Hey Chuck. U used to hunt with bbf97 and aimpoint H1. Have you ever tried to sight in the gun with reddot and optic sight? I get totally different POI using different sights. I mean I can't use the gun with 2 different optics 🫣 manufacturer can't answer my question 🤔

  Yes I have. I have found that if you regulate both barrels for one optic sight they will not be regulated for the second optic sight, and can be out by several inches. On the BBF with the rifle shotgun barrel then I just make sure the rifle barrel is sighted in. the shotgun is close enough. But on the 9.3x74R x 9.3x74R I have only regulated to one swaro scope that's it.

  I'm using IC, C, IC. They are carlson chokes I bought off ebay . They are better quality than the remchokes that came with the original gun and are rated for steel and tungsten supershot. A lot of people love full chokes but in my experience over hounds IC is better as if you can be a bit more off target and still bring down the game by going to a smaller shot size like #2.
