    I board dogs and usually have between 5-10 big dogs in my house. The amount of dirt and hair is insane (I had the tineco ifloor 3, and it was useless for my needs). I’ve had this one for 2 months, and it’s been a real life changer. It’s great! It can suck up a really impressive amount of hair. The auto suction is great, because when it ramps up and stays up, i know it’s full of hair, and I just pull the clump out it dirty water bin and keep going. I also use it for all pee accidents and dog vomit, and then run the cleaning cycle two or 3 times. I’ve cleaned the roller twice with something sudsy and deodorizing, since it gets so much abuse. I also check the filter often for hair. I run this machine constantly It’s fast and easy, and has really saved my back! I’m so, so glad I got it. It’s been worth every penny.

    Im so buying this. I hate my Bissell X7 (over-priced junkĺ. I always wanted something that coukd get closer to baseboards. Seems like 2 oversized (larger than housing) spinning pads that counter rotate channeling water and debris into a center section port, would be ideal.

    Just got this one - much thanks to your review! Really cool so far. But no mention anywhere about cleaning carpets. Also, the manual is, IMO, pretty thin. The ultra mode is a big mystery too. I know you said it sanitize the floor or something - but the tech behind it is not mentioned anywhere.

  • @jamie.andrews

    It is not for cleaning carpets. For that you would need a capet cleaner. The Ultra mode is still a bit of a mystery, but I have been told it was to sanitize the water. Let me know if you have any questions.

    Hello, thank you for an informative review! I have a Zyle model, but it has one feature I dislike. Basically you can't leave your mop in the plugged in docking station and not use it for a few weeks - the battery will fall asleep and will need to be awoken with special process. With so many devices working on rechargeable batteries I would expect this to be solved in the docking station - it should cut the power off to the battery when charged. Do you know if Dreame has solved this? Or are there mentions in the manual not to leave device connected to the power for too long?

  • @jamie.andrews

    @jamie.andrews

    8 ай бұрын

    That is the first I have heard of that. I have never expieranced that with a Dreame model. On a side note the device would be what would stop charging. That would not be controlled by the dock.

    @@jamie.andrews As long as something stops it. Had to send the battery two times to the service because of it, there is no easy way to wake it up once it's asleep. Never happened with any other appliances, so good to know it's only a weird "feature" from Zyle vacuum mop. I guess engineers did not expect people to go a few weeks without cleaning their floors.

I was really nervous at spending so much on it, but so glad I did. Aside from emptying the dirty water (and HAIR), I don’t really do anything by hand. I honestly didn’t think it would work well with all these dogs, but it does! I read sooooo many reviews, but didn’t see much about dog hair. This one was definitely the right choice!
