I cannot find any reviews on the H12 Dual? It is the 4 in 1 version of this series. I want to make sure it is not an older model they renamed.

I have tineco s3 as well. Loving it but it has been malfunction for almost a year now. Wanted to send for repairs but the service centre is in JB and customer is to bear the shipping cost! Ridiculous. Maybe it’s time to get this one instead. Been thinking whether I should or not but thanks to your review and comparison i think it will be worth it

How do you compare this with dreame m12?

Can this be used on carpets as well?

How does it leave the floors? Pretty dry or wet?

Can the lower part of the sofa be cleaned? Seeing that you haven't done it, it shouldn't be possible, right?

I like that edge to edge design! Is Dreame a brand of Xiaomi or realme? Sounds like it might be.

Its an independent company that joined Xiaomi ecological chain. Some of Xiaomi vacuums are made by Dreame as well. You can even use Xiaomi app for Dreame robot vacuums LOL tldr: Not Xiaomi or realme, but part of Xiaomi ecology

How often need to change the roller? Won't smeely if use on sauce?

H12 Pro user here For roller: Really depends, you can use until you see noticeable damage, maybe at least 1 year? (There's also another replacement roller come together) Smelly on sauce?: You can put Dreame detergent into the clean water tank which will be used during self-washing Really depends what kind of sauce, usually 1 to 3 self-cleaning will get rid of the sauce and smell

4.9kg but there's an "auto drive" feature that automatically help you push forward the vacuum, so it feels a lot a lot lighter You will need to pick the vacuum up and put into the charging stand for self cleaning. This part may be slightly challenging for people of age but mostly just this part need to use some strength~

any users with dogs here? how's your experience with this vacuum for dog fur?

It's quite similar to what I'm using for quite sometime already. The Roborock U10 Dyad. Does anyone own this mop vacuum as well?

Is it suitable for carpet or sofa?
