Hi, great video, but in the description the access links to their social networks and storefront do not work, they could be corrected for future videos. They do a great job. Thank you
nice product idea but definitely first generation. in the reviews, many are complaining with the battery life. buying the multi kit is also steep, close to the price of entry level tineco cordless vacuum.
Is there an option for mopping dry floors? Or will it only switch to mop mode if it senses wet messes first?
Is there not a dirty water tank in this? Also do we need to bend for using this as it appears to be small
What's the battery like on this model? - Average runtime: 20 minutes (Do you think the unit preforms well enough that 20 minutes is enough?) - Is the battery swappable: Internal, not easily swappable according to what I read online - How long does it take to charge: Roughly 4 hours

Don’t bother with this unit. In real world it lasts about 15 min to 5%. And you need 20% to start self cleaning. It is very inconvenient.
How is the performance of the handheld compare with a Dyson? I am deciding whether to buy a S5 or S5 Combo.

Does this vaccume carpet alone? I want something i can mop with on my hard floor but also a vaccume for my carpets?

You need the power kit to use as a rug / carpet / floor vacuum
Hi! Thanks for your video. I am looking for a vac which can both dry clean (suck dust) AND wet clean (wash) all surfaces, incl. low rugs. Can you use if for wet cleaning on low rugs? If not, what model would kindly recommend me? Thanks in advance.

The runtime on the S5 is 35 minutes, while on the S5 Combo it's 25 minutes. The S5 Combo also has smaller water tanks than the S5. The S5 Combo can also turn into a hand-held vacuum.
Will this work on smooth concrete floors?

Yes absolutely it will. The soft brush roll is better than a regular brush roll for smooth floors.
does it vacuum without mopping

hi! Yes it does vacuum without mopping but I would not use it as my main vacuum. It is really for hardfloors and low pile rugs.

It's for hard floor. You can use on light rugs but not ideal
