Hey Kayla you are doing such an amazing job with your business and balancing home as well. GOD bless you and your family. I wanted to suggest to you for decorating the wall space next to your inventory room where the outlet is up high . I can envision a smart TV mounted on the wall there and your pictures from the latest season’s collection cycling through on the tv screen. Or even your business logo and inspirational quotes. I think that would give a really nice vibe and a SWEET MASONRY touch.🥰💕🙌🏾🫶🏾

In love with your space girl!! ❤ Everything looks so warm, cozy and just perfect. Tip from a seasoned marketer: Emails, emails, emails and SMS. Also, run a Christmas in July sale to get rid of 2022 items. Lastly, start your campaigns half a month out. So Summer in April/May, Fall in July/August, Winter in October/November, and Spring January/February. 😊 This way you are parallel to the stores and can compete better. 🙏🏼

Lol, I try not to blow up peoples emails lol!! I only send one when the collection is about to launch or to do a restock alert. How many times a week/month do you suggest in between those emails?

This is excellent advice! Marketing is the name of the game, and absolutely necessary for growth. You have to discover what the sweet spot is for your target market, how often you need to put your products in front of your customers to pique their interest and stimulate buying, without causing them annoyance at how often your "advertising" (emails, etc.) pops up in their mailboxes.

I love what you have done to your office so far. I can't wait to see the rest. If you don't already, please make sure you have security cameras in your office space before customers pick up their orders. ❤

I love the colors. Please be safe. Put your inventory count on the outside of your boxes next to the name of the item. Easier than having to reopen boxes to count !!

Hey Kayla great video...small suggestion it would be nice to put positive/inspirational quotes in the frames using the same colors you suggested...Also a large peg board with shelves would be good for your tools, supplies, etc. .giving you more room on your table when packing your orders

Idea for wall in kitchen area- ombré or rainbow with you colors. Wall on office- medium sized circles randomly placed with your company colors. I know whatever you do will be great. To take pics of your products, put a retractable clothesline in your office. When ready to take pics, pull it out and hang your backdrop so that the items can sit on your table for the pic. No floor pics needed.

Backsplash is cute. Get a simple, basic tool and first aid kits for the office 👍🏽

You might consider a pegboard for your packing tapes and scissors etc. ( even your pretty tapes) I bet you could find one in one of your pretty colors. For the bubble wrap and anything on a roll you could diy a stand with rods that you put the rolls on and roll out a piece and cut. You can store a lot actually and it makes it really easy to use. The framed logos in your colors would be really pretty and professional 😊 For the popcorn you might get a big plastic tub with a lid and an ice scoop and it can just scoot under the table when not in use... Edit to add: oh you might try a paper towel holder and put the tapes on that

The welcome mat serves as advertising in that space, so turn it the other way. Come up with a way to identify people coming by to pick up their orders so you will be safe or arrange a separate pick-up location.

Everything looks so good. In your packing room over the tables, you should put one long row of floating shelves for more storage and/or you should blow up pictures of your decor items to keep the memory of your first roll-out items. The back wall in the kitchen area would be pretty if it was all corked board. For photos, ideas, inspiration qotes and etc. Hope these ideas help. CHC ❤

Office looks great! Here’s a couple ideas for your stickers and your tissue paper get yourself some towel racks and drape The tissue paper over it and then for your tapes run the bar through it and you could actually put that all in front of you and have it off of the table.❤

Your “Teacher” will always show! That’s a “Good Thing”

Love it! Maybe tape off the table in shapes or stripes and make them your branding colors.

I’m loving the office. The lit candle stick on top of the cloth table worries me a bit like forgetting to blow it out or bumping the table. I seen people use a tape roll dispenser where you can hang multiple rolls of tape on it and pull the tape and tear it off. Can’t wait for part 2. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

I love your videos, they inspire me so much! Just an idea for your back wall that you moved the shelf from --- how about creating a "backdrop" area so you can do "live" shows and be able to showcase your product to people through FB/IG/TT? :) Also, I would get a thin larger mat that looks like your circle mat to put under the branded mat and it would really pop!! :) I just love your office and I know you are going to be so excited to work in there!!!!

If the dining table is only for dining maybe get a small cute bistro table. Now that spring and summer stuff is out you could probably find a set for inexpensive. For the packing peanuts, you can get a cute garbage can with a lid or cute pet food canister with a scoop that can slide under the packing table.

I know this is older but for the frames, you could always do 1 bigger one and have each branding color, color-blocked inside of the 1 big frame, if you don't want too many or just for the kitchen area. I think a bunch of frames for the office would look cute. And the fact that even your outfit matched your office was great 🤣

Girl you know I love long videos! You could do a 2 hour one and I’d be right there watching. Yeah, I think you should paint the table. I missed marshmallow in the video. Love the Spring collection. Don’t overdo it ok. Much love and keep them coming.

Loving your space and the new spring/brand additions! I think I peg wall from IKEA with all the little containers would be perfect for organizing your office space. It would clear up your work space as well. Another space saver is like to suggest is a tape dispenser for your stickers. They would still be on display but also super convenient to use!💗

Put floating shelves on the wall by the kitchenette. You can decorate and it could be practical.

For photos/backdrops I would face one of you chairs towards the door for better lighting and drape the back drop over the chair, take the photos from sitting position on the floor, know what I mean? With your back facing the door so the natural light is at your back, but also hitting the backdrop and chair for straight on light for your product photos! :)

I agree with the Native deodorant, the Peach one is my favorite. I've been using this since after having Breast cancer 3 years ago my doctor recommended this brand. Also Kayla be careful bout allowing local pickup, another KZreadr did this and a subscriber took her life. She sold Indian health products. This happened a few weeks ago, she allowed ppl to Pickup products as opposed to keeping that needed boundary by using post office box todo business. Safety First 🙏
