@@Camefromnone yeah I believe I have 4C hair i’m using the sponge immediately it’s already forming they look ugly but by July they’ll definitely look good Glad I was born with hair type

The sponge is to create sections, freeform but to get locks u would need the crotchet hook. freeform will lock up more easily but maintained locs would be more harder because your forcing it to stay like that, freeform would lock up more easily because it doesn’t need more maintenance just apply some locking gel and a sponge

If your hair isn't locing use a natural pomade (dont over use) and keep training your hair and you can't over wet ur hair just keep a spray bottle (don't over spray, just when it's draw)and sleep with a bonnet. Also when twisting with the spooge make sure your hair is moist but keep hand twisting and use the spooge. (4c) and a mix between.

Thank I have shea moisturizer curling cream and a spray bottle but I have a question what direction should I twist my hair in because I Sponge clockwise it almost seems like when I twist my hair if I twist it clockwise it Kinda comes out and my hair is only like 1.3 inches long
