Dude this is a peak Dr Mike comment. Sound exactly like something he'd say
The B-roll of Mike super washed out and backlit while eating cheerios was incredible.
This is gold content, no one else who films a day of eating is being completely transparent about the side effects of steroid use. Seeing all the extra pills he takes to keep everything “healthy” was eye opening. Thanks for always keeping it real Mike!!

Dr. Mike on the real in vids I’ve seen of you recently you don’t seem like yourself. I hope you’re hanging in there during this prep my man. Much love
While he joked about having to do his own meal prep work in the kitchen, the humility that Dr. Mike expresses in this video is something I greatly appreciate. No flash, no hype, just a man who wants to share information with the world.

Dr. Mike looks so cute sitting at the grown up table
Just to parrot what several others have said, this was such a cool video. It made me happy to see you in your house essentially living your life outside of KZread (while still in KZread...). I'm sure these might be irritating to make because it means you can't be 100% yourself and relax, but man is it wholesome and enjoyable to watch. And your house looks dope!
The final jiujitsu drill you demo'd, "embrace your homie tenderly," is some high level stuff.
Seeing how humble mike is hiding all his butlers and lambos from us. Truly a testament to how primal/alpha he is.
I know Mike thinks these kinds of videos are absolutely redundant. And while its not incredibly entertaining, it is super cool to get these little nuggets of insight into how someone as interesting as Mike goes about daily life. And i kinda want more of these if im being honest.

I see it differently. I do these cross examination of his content and think theory and practice and this one is practice. His other workouts be it his own or training others and i learned alot from you know you have to do it but it's hard BUT trying really counts and getting close to what's ideal one day at a time till you find YOU. Like how you wanna approach things your way even if it's sub optimal the ideas are at the core and you just don't stray too far from them as long as you are in your comfort zone while keeping discipline.

Love your attitude towards life mate. You are a legend. Just a normal bloke with no bullshit attitude and a bit of comedic effect in there. You deserve all your success especially in a world were strength coaches and personal trainers get their knowledge from a cereal box.

Also, really cool to see Dr Mike and Crystal doing some jiujitsu and obviously having fun with it, thank you very much for sharing this with us.

So I know Doc doesnt understand why these videos are so desired. I dont watch a lot of them, but I got SO MUCH from this video. 1) my love for cereal is not taboo, it just can/should be used within my macros rather than using it as a cheat meal or treat. 2) dont be so emotionally strict with scheduling. Doc didn't seem to have an emotional distress from eating breakfast late and thus everything else on the schedule moving back. This is the toughest thing for me and Im working on it. 3) the during workout beverage. I usually did water, but like the idea that DM put together and will try to find a concoction that works for my body and that I like. All of that to say, thanks for the video. I know it took a lot of effort.
Love this style of video, love your content!

Please keep this type of content up, I love the usual science based stuff, but this more personal take is super cool when done authentically, like it is here. Also, as a bonus for those of us with an artistic bent, I love that "Scott the Video Guy" was as much of an influence in this vid as "Dr Mike"...
I liked the vibes on this. It reminded me of when i first got into the gym in 2016/17. I would watch these types of vids from the fitness youtubers of those days, trying to get ideas. How I miss those times, the exciting first days of my bodybuilding journey…
That's beautiful that you and you wife got that training time together. Wonderful!
If you want to enjoy some food for cutting, I make this blueberry pie thing for breakfast, super fast, super easy: 4 eggs (or 6 egg whites), about the same volume of fat free greek yogurt, 2-3 table spoons of oat flour, a scoop or two of protein powder (unflavoured or vanilla) quite a bit of erythritol or other sweetener, cardemom, a pinch of salt, a little lemon juice, blueberries (I use frozen so the cooking time may vary) and vanilla extract/beans if you want to. Mix well, put onto a shallow dish, into the oven at 300F until it has some colour on the edges and feels solid in the middle. Really good calories, a ton of protein, some carbs but not a lot of them. I started making this during my cutting season and it has been a staple in my breakfast even after the cut ended.
Thank you for your videos, they are changing my life for the better ❤
Good going! Keep it kosher, Mike.
