    @@karimm2my boyfriend has really bad scalp psoriasis, we discovered by chance that my cerave SA cream helped him tremendously. Literally after applying it the first time, his psoriasis improved a lot. also head and shoulders shampoo works best for him.

    I’d say usually no, but sometimes it might for a day or until my next shower. It’s not strong though, make sure to dilute it. I always use a cheap spray bottle from cvs

    Cut out bread and any products with yeast. I noticed that if I ate bread or pizza the next day I would have an itchy scalp. If I stopped then the itching would also stop

    I do 1 part of Apple Cider Vinegar + 2 parts of Aloe Vera that I planted it myself, and 4 parts of water in a spray bottle. My hair just gone fuller and appeared salon-done because it's freakin' soft❤ I love it.

    @@TheAmariieXperience I harvest just 1 giant mature leaf feom my garden, get the gel and put it in blender and grind it, strain it well so that chunks will be separated, squeeze the juice out and put it on a bottle spray. Add little ampunt of ACV and it's ready to use

    @@offthemap9582 quite few years. I had hair on the sides and back, but the crown hair was 95% gone. Results that it was working took a few months. That was ~ 2 years ago. It's still filling in, but very happy

    It’s also good to do this after shampooing and conditioning because it prevents build up because water doesn’t always rinse it off completely.

    Its true. I have used it for 8 months once per week as a replacement for shampoo. It prevents build up from hard water. My hair would be halfway down my chest now if I straightened it.

    @@zikah987 If you use a lot of products that can lead to buildup then I would recommend still using shampoo. It will also make it easier for the ACV to reach your scalp and strands with already clean hair.

    @@bliss6607 I've always had thick hair. Thickness increased for me but I think it was mostly only due to lower manipulation by keeping it in braids.

    Good for clarifying also as acid dissolves soap residue. That's why clarifying shampoos are usually citrus of some sort.

    The best product on the market for hair and scalp health. I use full strength, soak hair and scalp, wrap your hair a towel for 10 minutes then wash.

    ​@@yantoproboyakti369On the scalp, it should always be diluted with water because if you use ACV directly on your scalp without diluting it can cause irritation, burns which may lead to hair loss

My question was exactly how much water to apple cider vinegar do you use in ounces or cups like is it one cup of water to 1 oz of apple cider vinegar? Once you make the dilution do you put in the apple cider vinegar in dry hair and leave it in there for about 10 minutes and wash it out with water or do you wash it with shampoo? If you could get back to me with just the steps I'd appreciate it.

    I use a root bottle from Sally's and I dont dilute it so much but play around with it to find your answer. Good luck!

    Wow 2 years ago I used to have a head full of flakes. I'll scratch them all out, wash my hair, and in about 3 days later more flakes. Today I don't have that problem anymore. I don't know what I did to make it go away. I just hope it stays this way 🙏

    Recommend people to try on diluted it first cause our skin conditions are different, for me my scalp is very basic so if I dilute avc it won’t work

    I was dealing with MAJOR dandruff/psicoris to the point I would have blood in my head and even flakes on the back of my ears since I was like 10 and no shampoo would work other this head and shoulders but literally would all come back after not using for like a week then I decided I would try acv with water literally after 3 washes a week later my dandruff was completely gone and I used ZERO shampoo only conditioner I couldn’t believe the results give it all try

    I tried everything even my urine. I finally found something that works! I have two silicone scalp scrub paws with pointy soft silicone nodes on them and gently rinse my hair thoroughly with filtered luke warm water for a few minutes and VOILA! no problem after years of swelling and irritation!

    don't use raw vinegar every wash. Vinegar is acidic it can increase your hair porosity over time by acid damage to the cuticule layer. So dilute it enough to keep your hair strand safe. ive used it diluted for year a little goes a long way

    Testing this out today. I did 1:1 part since I have bad dandruth and baling because of this so I see red marks all over my head. The routine will be no shampoo and praying the mixture on my head for 10 minutes then washing it off for 4x the next 7 days and if I see progress will reduce to 3x a week for I guess forever? Will try to post updates if I don't forget or if someone leaves me a comment.

    African Pride Pre Poo with added herbs and oils. Detangling and pre pooing as a first step is incredibly healthy to my hair health. I plan to keep that up for 2023, but my NEW favorite will be water/ACV rinses as the last step before styling.

    Spray bottle to the scalp only no diluting... add a little bit of tea tree oil in the mix soak overnight. Stay away from dairy and oily foods drink lots of water daily and lemon ginger mix etc

    I tried pouring undiluted alcohol vinegar on my itchy scalp and it helped alot. Yeast feeds on skin's oil and vinegar is just right substance for the problem as it both cleanse the oil and kills the yeast. I am not a specialist and next time I will dilute it.

    Or, if you are using it for your hair and not just the scalp, then use "1 teaspoon of vinegar with 8 ounces of water" for the correct ph balance of the hair.

    Dead Sea salt is what worked for my scalp psoriasis and eczema. I fill up my bath tub with lukewarm water and add Dead Sea salt and I lay in it for 15 minutes. 2 times a week. Very relaxing as well, it released stress.

    Dr Mandell, my daughter is having a serious flare up of guttate psoriasis and I wondered if ACV might be beneficial for her. She’s been prescribed hydrocortisone creams but would prefer a natural solution.

    I never use shampoo unless I’m away from home. I use acv with the mother once a week then rinse. Sometimes I’ll rub in coconut oil for conditioner.

    HEY doc I’m dealing with a stubborn leg ulcer since finishing your videos out Iv found out I have possible stomach ulcers well I’m certain it is my stomach is ruined atm but I’m trying to fix it now with cabbage juice I also started on acv lemon Himalayan sea salt but I’m wondering should I use ACV and water on my leg AROUND my ulcer

    Mix it with coconut oil, and it helps with lice… Learned that the hard way.
