I kind of feel bad of what happen to doctor grey. I mean the CIA director (RICHTOFEN), knew that Samantha was pregnant and was different from the rest, maybe because this is new compare to everything else. I remember that grey was put under arrest with the rest of requiem, but some how doctor grey continue researching in secret about the dark Ether and element 115. At the end grey and ravenov keep AVA ( samanthas daughter) protected from the knowing the truth about her real mother and who she was. Maybe Richtofen knew that Samantha was pregnant and they save the baby before Samantha knew that she have a daughter or maybe the baby some way get out from the dark Ether dimension when grey was release and continue researching about the dark ETHER in secret. Thats actually all the possible ways why AVA couldnt remember anything about her childhood, but in some way she was always obsessed that they where other dimensions much darker. Maybe when AVA was a child she also have wierd visions in her dreams about her mother and the dark Ether dimension, thats actually all what i could think about, there is another theory that Richtofen forced Samantha to have a baby because he want to continue researching about the Dark ether and maybe something else is coming that we have to defeat.

So what they are saying is that the Dark Aether could do some Embryo cryopreservation process such that Grey can give birth to Sam's baby? What???

After the events of Tag ter Toten, the universes that features Primis and Ultimis are no more. They wanted to make a clean slate for all. So, in summary, this is a rebooted dimension, the only ones who are from the original story are Samantha Maxis and Edward or Eddie. One who has been possibly trapped in the Dark Aether after sacrificing herself to defeat The Forsaken, and Eddie was or still is the Director of Requiem, but it looks like old habbits die hard for him...
