    Getting my popcorn for this one thanks Mike Amazing how much water comes through that 1.8 orfice lol crazy. If water makes river stone smooth it can tear anything up.I love this business.These videos are like the cream on top of the milk.

    Great explanation, to summarize smaller just means less dilution of chemical and less volume. That's why we should use a by-pass system when not spraying chemical.

    Great video, Mike. Are you pulling straight from a separate batch tank where you mix your soap and SH, or are you pulling from a manifold setup of some sort? That would be a great follow-up video.

    Question about your setup. Do you just plug the whip line from the hose reel that you want to use to the end of bypass? And what does the second ball valve on the end allow you to do?

    Yes. I pull out the length of hose I need. The ball valve allows me to turn of the flow of water, so I can connect a long wand or surface cleaner without turning off the machine

    Mike great video! I have a similar set-up like you do. Flowpro with an 8 gpm. When you use a 1.8 injection orfice do you have a drastic loss of pressure while in soap mode?

    @@johnwitt586 I have never tried a 1.5. And I won’t try it with the 8gpm machine. The 1.8 causes a decent amount of engine struggle. The 1.5 would overwhelm my anxiety. LOL

    Great question Wade. If you need more chem, it’s a great tool to have. Also, it will last much longer than the ball/spring method. I have 2 of them. They come in handy when needing more chem.

    Thank you for sharing improvements for high pressure washing. I have an integrated downstream 1.8 and with a 100ft hose it doesn't work. Do you work with shorter hoses to work or do you have any recommendations? Thank you for your talent

    I have not. It would be so minimal that I’m not sure you could get an accurate measurement.

    Are you using high pressure with downstream injector? I am only able to pull chemical with low pressure tip, which is limiting me from reaching high parts of a house.

    I never thought about that, the way it pulls more chem is by flowing less water, in other words, another way to increase your chem is to throttle down your machine, correct?

    Yes. Of course, you won’t be able to shoot as far/high… especially in rinse mode, where it’s most important.

    I think it pulls more chem cause the more you restrict the water the more venturi pressure you get at the injector port thus pulling more through that line.Bigger hole less pressure=less suction at the soap port.My guess.

    y@@TheFreshRinse I noticed that. Actually the 1.8 injector puts my 8gal into bypass mode, does that happen with your 10 gal? And we need every % we can get when it's 40 degrees out with 2 week old SH

    Great question: 1. It doesn’t allow much volume, so it doesn’t shoot as high/far… and puts a heavy strain on the motor 2. You stand a greater chance of burning plants. 2.3 I. The hot months is perfect gift me.

    A 1.8 uses more chemical than a 2.3. good content for your next video is a draw test between the two.

    If you carry spare injectors and pretty much have to disconnect it anyways to get the orfice out. Why don’t you just have one injector set up in each orfice size?

    I only keep an extra injector in the event it goes bad. I try to wash with 2.3 at all time. Except for these cold days
