Agreed. When I started real estate when I was 19 years old many people at the office made fun of me for wearing such suits,but I felt amazing and could see many of the seasoned agents felt intiminated by me . I hardly knew what i was doing at the time ,yet anyone that met me and didn't know I just started thought I was a complete Boss

@@alexrad9570 If the PROPORTIONS are done well, NO. It all comes down to PROPORTION & BALANCE. The tailor has to have a good eye for both to cut you the right coat length. PROFF👑

Great stuff, very informative. I noticed that you never keep your expensive and beloved woollen suits in covers. Aren't they at risk of being destroyed by moth larvae?

That’s good question Ravishing Rick. I try to keep my entire wardrobe in a temperature controlled room. I also will occasionally beat them down quite literally with a stick to make sure there are no moths hiding in them. Thank you for watching sir. PROFF

Hi Kelvin, it all depends. Generally speaking DB’s are viewed as more flamboyant. Hence may be frowned upon for a junior banker at a traditional white shoe firm. But properly done in a dark worsted color (navy/gray), it can be done. PROFF

I don’t know if it is too late to ask a question under a half a year old video, but I want to know if it is acceptable to wear a sweater, maybe even a cardigan under a double breasted jacket, with shirts and ties? Great informative video and I enjoyed it a lot!
