I’ve competed in the IFBB amateurs when Dorian was pro at the time and let’s say the stuff back then was real pharma grade stuff. We didn’t do more then say 500mg of test 50mg dbol with 200mg of Deca a week and just those alone you felt like invincible. Even just dbol with deca is an insane gain stack just on its own. Parabolin was from Holand as the one Dorian talks about and man it it transform your look in a few weeks. 2 a week that’s it at 76mg. Dorian is my fave then after Dorian i have a few others which i really liked which are Lou Ferrigno, Tom Platz, the late Andreas Munzer and not forgetting Big Country the late Dallas McCarver who i believe if alive today would of been crowned Mr Olympia at some point. thank you for another great video Jonny Bravo, always enjoy you're videos.

when a person goes through a great trial in life, he has something to say and it is worth listening to. Dorian went through a phase of great physical and mental suffering during the competitive years, so even more so he acquired a wisdom and an overall vision that few other characters have and I'm speaking in general... few other people would listen so carefully how I would listen to Dorian. For me he is the very essence of bodybuilding

WOW! This brought me back to when I started working out w my father in 1993! In The gym there were posters from the magazines taped on the walls and Dorian was the champ at that time. That’s when the gyms were gritty, people seemed happier, SOCIALIZING W ONE ANOTHER! Excuse me how many sets you have left ? I got like 4 but jump in w me! No headphones. Music was super loud. Bodybuilding like pretty much sports is heavily dependent on genetics. If you don't have the genetics to be a bodybuilder not amount of PEDs will get you to the top. Problem some of the social media ped advisors say no matter what and how much you use it will shut you down so use more. Whereas some old school people used less and some even found using little enough can give a boost without fully shutting them down

Some of my best strength progress was when I'd only take 100 mgs of tren ace twice per week simply because I got annoyed having to inject more frequently than that. There were times I pushed the dosage higher before a meet, but the interesting thing was that the progress never seemed to be better than tren at that 200 mg/week dose. So he has a point with saying that parabolin was never taken in high dosages and it still got the job done. Everyone is different, but I had an extremely hard time controlling my emotions on tren and libido was so high that it made it almost impossible to focus on daily tasks. Tren can take you into some dark places in life. Tread carefully.

Drug use without being at a national level is a bit foolish. If you have the genetics for the sport, you will know it by your training results without drugs. Use of drugs will not overcome a weak training program, lack of intensity, nor will it make up for poor genetics. Taking more than what Dorian is saying (and Lee Priest) does nothing more than put health at risk. You only have so many anabolic receptors and that is genetic. The people at the top of the sport are strong responders, are blessed with the best genetics, and know how to train and diet. No amount of steroid use is going to make a champion out of someone who just doesn't have what it takes mentally or physically. Lots of the drug use today is to get social media followers. Ridiculous.

This is the opposite of what Tren is supposed to do. You probably have increased estradiol or prolactin, which adds to the effect. You shouldn't be taking Tren apparently. It's the top level steroid that brings a shit ton of side effects with it. It's supposed to be included into your cycle when you squeezed everything out of less potent drugs. It's sad that people use it so cluelessly.

People need to realise, that how your genetics react to steroids, is just as important as how your genetics determine the peak on your biceps for example. Some people simply react better to them than others. There’s a guy who comes to our gym. Doesn’t touch gear in the winter. Doesn’t look like he’s ever been the gym in his life while he’s off it. Takes a couple of mls of testosterone around April and looks like the cover of Mens Health about 3 weeks later! His response to a small amount of gear is insane. And I know plenty of people who use twice the amount from the same source who barely change after 12 weeks. It’s not fair, but it’s how it is

@@JonnyBravoTV I personally never did the stuff made from finaplex, but saw guys that did. It worked really good too. It wasn’t as good as parabolan according to the guys I was acquainted with at the time. It took more mgs per week compared to parabolan to get the same effects. Most guys were doing one to two amps of parabolan per week. Two was pushing it. Especially if they were running other compounds with it. The aggression and insomnia were too much to deal with. I did it alone. I wanted to see what it would do as a standalone drug.
